by him and moved its adoption:

3 "subsections," and inserting the following:

5 2. By striking page 1, line 11, through page 2,
6 line 30.
7 3. Page 2, line 31, by striking the figure "16B",
8 and inserting the following: "16A".
9 4. By renumbering as necessary.
