Amendment H(1276 was adopted.

On motion by Gipp of Winneshiek the committee amendment
H-1262, as amended, was adopted.

Gipp of Winneshiek moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
