H.S.B. 180 Human Resources
Relating to certain programs and public health issues under the
purview of the Iowa department of public health, and providing a
penalty.
H.S.B. 181 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to title insurance for property or insurance of a certain
value, and making related changes.
H.S.B. 182 Judiciary
Establishing the Iowa electronic recording system, establishing fees,
and providing for the Act's applicability.
H.S.B. 183 Judiciary
Adding the offense of criminal transmission of human
immunodeficiency virus to the list of criminal offenses that require
registration under the sex offender registry and providing an effective
date.
H.S.B. 184 Labor and Industrial Relations
To nullify an administrative rule of the department of workforce
development relating to an individual's disqualification from receipt
of unemployment compensation due to a refusal to accept or apply for
work and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 185 Local Government
Relating to analyzing the confinement and detention needs of jails,
and other local or regional confinement facilities, and obtaining
approval prior to construction or expansion of such jails and facilities
and providing an effective date.
