HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
H.S.B. 174 Natural Resources
To nullify administrative rules of the department of natural resources
requiring a harvest report of wild turkeys by resident and
nonresident hunters, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 175 Ways and Means
Regarding certain changes relating to the utility replacement tax,
and providing for the Act's applicability.
H.S.B. 176 Economic Development
Establishing a housing trust fund and providing for the transfer of
certain moneys to the fund.
H.S.B. 177 State Government
Relating to the standard for investment of retirement funds by
municipal utilities.
H.S.B. 178 Environmental Protection
Relating to the application of certain air quality requirements to
indoor emission units or air contaminant sources.
H.S.B. 179 Human Resources
Relating to cigarettes and tobacco products, including permits for
retailers of cigarettes, appropriating fees, providing penalties, and
providing effective dates.
