Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 143), restricting the expenditure of
moneys from the general fund of the state for out-of-state travel by members and
employees of the general assembly and providing an effective date.

Recommended Do Pass February 12, 2001.
COMMITTEE ON COMMERCE AND REGULATION
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 15), permitting cooperative
associations to deal with nonmembers, to use fictitious names, and to issue
memberships without charge; to permit electric cooperatives to have multiple classes of
members; and providing an effective date.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 13, 2001.
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 50), relating to balloon payments on
consumer loans secured by a certificate of title in a motor vehicle.

Recommended Do Pass February 13, 2001.
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 71), adding document preparation
and modification to the list of acts defining the activities of a real estate broker.
