1 4 A Concurrent Resolution restricting the expenditure
1 5 of moneys from the general fund of the state for
1 6 out-of-state travel by members and employees of
1 7 the general assembly and providing an effective date.
1 8 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE SENATE
1 9 CONCURRING, That moneys appropriated from the general fund of
1 10 the state for purposes of the legislative branch shall not be
1 11 expended on out-of-state travel by members or employees of the
1 12 general assembly for the period beginning on the effective
1 13 date of this resolution and ending June 30, 2001; and
1 14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution takes effect
1 15 upon passage of the resolution by both houses of the general
1 16 assembly.
