H.S.B. 147 Transportation
Relating to transportation, including provisions on road projects,
vehicle sales, movement, and reports, and mailing of notices, and
providing a penalty and an effective date.
H.S.B. 148 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to the Iowa individual health benefit reinsurance association
and the Iowa comprehensive health insurance association, by
changing the board of directors, membership, assessment, and
premium tax offset related to the associations.
H.S.B. 149 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to price regulation for local exchange carriers, by changing
certain definitions related to price regulation, permitting certain rate
increases, requiring certain network infrastructure investments, and
making related changes.
H.S.B. 150 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to creditor discrimination against consumers in consumer
credit transactions due to the exercise of legal rights directly affecting
the consumer's creditworthiness.
H.S.B. 151 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to allocation and payment of expenses arising from
performance of duties by the Iowa utilities board and the consumer
advocate, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 152 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to the licensure of persons acting as insurance producers,
providing an effective date, and applying penalties.
H.S.B. 153 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to electric power generation and transmission, by addressing
the criteria for construction of an electric generating facility; waivers;
