of times a person may be elected to serve as Iowa secretary of
agriculture and providing applicability and effective date provisions.

There are transmitted herewith claims against the State of Iowa to be filed with the
Claims Committee of the House of Representatives.
These include 26 claims of general nature that were denied by the State Appeal
Board during May 2000 through January, 2001.
