  relating to the national guard educational assistance program and
  making an appropriation.

  Deluhery, Dvorsky, Fink, Flynn, Fraise, Hansen, Harper, Hammond,
  McCoy, Shearer, Soukup, Judge, Gronstal, and Szymoniak, a bill for
  an act making an appropriation to the department of education for
  allocation to the community colleges and providing for a related
  matter.
