6 the conditions of the commission's specified residency
7 and employment requirements, and for any other moneys
8 appropriated to or received by the commission for
9 deposit in the fund. Notwithstanding section 8.33,
10 moneys deposited in the fund shall not revert to the
11 general fund of the state at the end of any fiscal
12 year, except as provided in this paragraph, but shall
13 remain in the repayment fund and be continuously
14 available to make additional grants under the program.
15 Notwithstanding section 12C.7, subsection 2, interest
16 or earnings on moneys deposited in the fund shall be
17 credited to the fund. Upon the repeal of this
18 section, moneys deposited in the fund and moneys due
19 the fund subsequent to the date of repeal shall be
20 deposited in the general fund of the state.
21 12. The commission shall adopt rules pursuant to
22 chapter 17a to administer this section.
23 13. This section is repealed on July 1, 2005."
