Amendment H-8450 was adopted, placing amendment H-8469 filed
by Larkin of Lee on March 21, 2000, out of order.

Dix of Butler asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
amendment H-8413 filed by him and Brunkhorst of Bremer on March
20, 2000.

Larkin of Lee offered the following amendment H-8463 filed by
Larkin, et al., and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 2545 as follows:
2 1. Page 17, by striking lines 19 through 32.
3 2. By renumbering as necessary.
