ADOPTION OF SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 101

Davis of Wapello called up for consideration Senate Concurrent
Resolution 101, a concurrent resolution to request a United States
Corps of Engineers' study of the lower Des Moines River, and moved
its adoption.

The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
