  With the adoption of amendment S-3132, the Chair ruled amendment S-3060,
  filed by the committee on Commerce on
  March 15, 1999, to pages 1-3 of the bill, out of order.

  Senator Lundby moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon
  its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice
  vote, and the bill was read the last time.

  On motion of Senator Tinsman, Senate File 211, a bill for an act relating to
  eligibility of certain disabled persons under the
  optional services coverage category of medical assistance, with report of
  committee recommending passage, was taken up for
  consideration.
