With the adoption of amendment S-3132, the Chair ruled amendment S-3060, filed by the committee on Commerce on March 15, 1999, to pages 1-3 of the bill, out of order. Senator Lundby moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
