  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 190, a bill for an act
  relating to the requirements for establishing and
  operating a city cable communication utility, previously deferred.

  Senator Lundby offered amendment S-3132 filed by her on
  March 24, 1999, striking everything after the enacting clause of the bill
  and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3132 was adopted by a voice vote.
