SPECIAL GUEST Senator Jensen introduced the Honorable Merlin Hulse, former member of the Senate from Cedar County, Clarence, Iowa. BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 190 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 190, a bill for an act relating to the requirements for establishing and operating a city cable communication utility, previously deferred. Senator Lundby offered amendment S-3132 filed by her on March 24, 1999, striking everything after the enacting clause of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3132 was adopted by a voice vote.
