Senate Journal: Page 745: Tuesday, March 23, 1999

  Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3127 filed by him from the
  floor, to amendment S-3096 and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3127 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Drake moved adoption of S-3096 as amended, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  With the adoption of amendment S-3096, the Chair ruled
  amendment S-3064, filed by Senator Drake on March 15, 1999, to
  page 1 and to the title page of the bill, out of order.

  Senator Drake moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 224), the vote was:
