  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3096, to House File 224, as
  1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "A county or city hospital shall serve notice
  1  6 before selling or leasing any personal property
  1  7 pursuant to sections 347.28 and 347.29.  The notice
  1  8 shall definitely describe the property and shall be
  1  9 published by at least one insertion each week for two
  1 10 consecutive weeks in a newspaper having general
  1 11 circulation in the county where the property is
  1 12 located."
