  requirements for establishing and operating a city cable communication
  utility.

  Recommendation:  AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT
  S-3060.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 15:  Jensen, Maddox, Deluhery, Bolkcom, Flynn, Gronstal,
  Hansen, Johnson, King, Lamberti, Lundby, McCoy, Redfern,Redwine, and

  EDUCATION

  to state school aid for budget years commencing with thebudget year

  1999, and making appropriations and including effective and applicability
  date provisions.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 14:  Redfern, Rehberg, Connolly, Angelo, Boettger,
  Dvorsky, Fink, Gaskill, Redwine, Sexton, Shearer, Szymoniak, Tinsman, and
  Veenstra.  Nays,
