Committee Bill (Formerly House Joint Resolution 14), to nullify an administrative 
rule of the secretary of state concerning preparation of descriptions of constitutional 
amendments and statewide public measures and providing an effective date.

Recommended Amend and Do Pass April 8, 1999.
COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
Senate File 460, a bill for an act relating to and making appropriations to certain 
state departments, agencies, funds, and certain other entities, providing for regulatory 
authority, other properly related matters, and providing effective dates.

COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 513), relating to certified capital companies 
and providing for a certified capital company insurance premium tax credit.
