Dotzler of Black Hawk asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw amendment H-1393, to amendment H-1379, filed by him 
on April 5, 1999.
Nelson of Marshall moved the adoption of amendment H-1379, as 
amended.
Amendment H?1379, as amended, was adopted.
Sukup of Franklin moved that the bill be read a last time now and 
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read 
a last time.
