H-1407, as amended, was not germane.
The Speaker ruled the point well taken and amendment H-1407,

Kuhn of Floyd asked for unanimous consent to suspend the rules 
to consider amendment H-1407, as amended.
Objection was raised.
Kuhn of Floyd moved to suspend the rules to consider amendment 
H-1407, as amended.
