  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  214A.2A  MOTOR VEHICLE
  1  5 FUEL REQUIREMENTS.
  1  6    A retail dealer shall not offer for sale in this
  1  7 state a motor vehicle fuel that contains methyl
  1  8 tertiary butyl ether."
