  H.F. 2499 - Relating to and making transportation and other
  infrastructure-related
  appropriations to the state department of transportation and other state
  agencies,
  including allocation and use of moneys from the general fund of the state,
  road use tax
  fund, primary road fund, and the motorcycle rider education fund, providing
  for the
  nonreversion of certain moneys, and making statutory changes relating to
  appropriations.

  H.F. 2542 - Regulating bulk dry animal nutrient products, providing for fees
  and
  an appropriation, providing penalties, and providing for an effective date.
