  Senator Redwine offered amendment S-5763, filed by him from
  the floor to page 4 of House amendment S-5761, and moved its
  adoption.

  Amendment S-5763 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator King offered amendment S-5768, filed by him from the
  floor to page 4 of House amendment S-5761.

  Senator Flynn raised the point of order that amendment S-5768
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5768 out
  of order.

  Senator Hammond asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on House amendment S-5761 and Senate File 2345 be
  deferred.

  ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate Resolution 111.

  On motion of Senator Iverson, Senate Resolution 111,

  1                       SENATE RESOLUTION 111
  2  BY COMMITTEE ON RULES AND ADMINISTRATION
  3  A Senate Resolution honoring Senator Tom Vilsack.
  4     WHEREAS, Senator Tom Vilsack is retiring from
  5  legislative office after completing two terms in
  6  office as a state Senator; and
  7     WHEREAS, Senator Vilsack's service as Chairperson
  8  of the Economic Development Appropriations
  9  Subcommittee and of the Regulation Appropriations
  10  Subcommittees and as Vice Chair of the Small Business,
  11  Economic Development and Tourism Committee and of the
  12  Judiciary Committee is well recognized; and
  13     WHEREAS, Senator Vilsack's dedication, leadership,
  14  and expertise in the areas of economic growth and job
  15  creation, and the administration of justice are well
  16  recognized; and
  17     WHEREAS, Senator Vilsack has served honorably and
