  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2284, a bill for an
  act relating to rural improvement zones, amendment S-5259 by
  Senator Iverson to page 1 of the bill, and amendment S-5499 by
  Senator Gronstal to amendment S-5259, deferred April 7, 1998.

  Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5499 to amendment S-5259.

  Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw the following amendments:
