  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 7 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "The board of supervisors of a county with less
  1  5 than eleven thousand five four hundred ninety-five
  1  6 residents but more than ten thousand five hundred
  1  7 residents, based upon the 1990 certified federal
  1  8 census, and with a private lake development, shall
  1  9 designate".
