  snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle title fees.

  Senate File 2364, a bill for an act relating to the sales, services,
  and use taxes exemption for the sales of food and beverages for
  human consumption by certain organizations, providing refunds, and
  including effective and retroactive applicability date provisions.

  Senate File 2399, a bill for an act providing for the merger of a
  limited partnership with other business entities.

  ALSO:  That the House has on April 1, 1998, concurred in the Senate
  amendment
  and passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House was
  asked:

  House File 721, a bill for an act relating to an insurance premium
  tax credit for eligible businesses under the new jobs and income
  program.
