  Vilsack, Hammond, and Szymoniak from the floor to pages 78 and 80
  of the bill.

  Senator Rife raised the point of order that amendment S-5408 was
  not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5408 out
  of order.

  Senator Szymoniak asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5424, filed by her from the floor, to page 79
  of the bill.
