  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 79, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  ACCREDITATION OR CERTIFICATION OF
  1  5 SERVICE PROVIDERS.  Effective July 1, 1998, the
  1  6 department of human services shall include persons
  1  7 with Prader-Willi syndrome in the definition of
  1  8 "persons with developmental disabilities" used in the
  1  9 department's rules for accreditation or certification
  1 10 of providers of services to persons with mental
  1 11 illness, mental retardation, and developmental
  1 12 disabilities, in 441 IAC 24."
  1 13    2.  By renumbering as necessary.
