  Senate File 2312

  On motion of Senator Behn, Senate File 2312, a bill for an act
  providing for child day care requirements for volunteers and for the
  number of children receiving care under the child care home pilot
  projects and providing an effective date, was taken up for
  consideration.

  Senator Flynn offered amendment S-5157 filed by Senators Flynn
  and Rehberg from the floor to page 1 of the bill and called for a
  division: lines 17-22 as division S-5157A; and lines 2-16 as division
  S-5157B.

  Senator Flynn asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
  division S-5157A.

  Senator Flynn moved adoption of division S-5157B, which motion
  prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Behn moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 2312), the vote was:
