  BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

  A communication was received announcing that on March 4, 1998,
  the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
  following bills:

  S.F. 2073 - Prohibiting the performance of partial-birth abortions relative
  to a
  human fetus, establishing a cause of action for violation of the
  prohibition, and
  providing penalties.

  S.F. 2075 - Relating to the creation of a dental hygiene committee within
  the board
  of dental examiners.
