  Senate File 2295

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2295, a bill for an
  act relating to and making appropriations for agriculture and natural
  resources, and Division A of amendment S-5124, deferred March 3,
  1998.

  Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-5116 filed by him on March 3,
  1998, to pages 15 and 16 of the bill, moved its adoption, and
  requested a record roll call.

  On the question, "Shall amendment S-5116 be adopted?"
  (S.F. 2295), the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
