By relettering as necessary. Veenstra of Sioux in the chair at 3:30 p.m. A non-record roll call was requested. Rule 75 was invoked. The ayes were 46, nays 49. Amendment H-9281 lost. Chiodo of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment H-9280 filed by him and Huser of Polk from the floor. Weigel of Chickasaw asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment H-9242 filed by him on April 16, 1998. Kreiman of Davis offered the following amendment H-9269 filed by him from the floor and moved its adoption:
