1 9 (1) The financing supports the construction,
1 10 expansion, or acquisition of an agricultural products
1 11 processing facility for slaughtering live animals or
1 12 receiving, buying, or soliciting live animals for
1 13 slaughter, the meat products of which are directly or
1 14 indirectly to be offered for resale or for public
1 15 consumption.
1 16 (2) The agricultural products processing facility
1 17 is located within a city having a population of one
1 18 hundred seventy-five thousand or more."
