RULES SUSPENDED Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent to suspend the rules for the immediate consideration of House Concurrent Resolution 113. ADOPTION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 113 Van Fossen of Scott called up for consideration House Concurrent Resolution 113, a concurrent resolution relating to the increased utilization of the Rock Island Arsenal, and moved its adoption. The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted. IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that House Concurrent Resolution 113 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
