Senate File 2029, a bill for an act relating to the composition
of the board of podiatry examiners.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 506), providing that
member contributions under certain public retirement systems are
considered employer contributions for state income tax purposes,
and providing effective and applicability date provisions.

RESOLUTION FILED

HCR 104, by Warnstadt, Whitead, Klemme, Rants, Bukta, and
Scherrman, a concurrent resolution providing for the
establishment of a committee by the Legislative Council to
conduct a study of economic development issues related to the
distribution of goods.
