  Senator Tinsman moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  House File 449

  On motion of Senator Tinsman, House File 449, a bill for an act to
  prohibit sex acts when one participant was prevented from consenting
  by a controlled substance including flunitrazepam, and providing
  penalties, with report of committee recommending passage and
  placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 10, 1997, was
  taken up for consideration.
