  Senator Hammond called for a division of amendment S-3474:
  lines 3-9 as division S-3474A and lines 10-18 as division S-3474B.

  Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of division S-3478A and
  requested a non record roll call.

  The ayes were 22, nays 24.

  Amendment S-3474A lost.

  Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of division S-3474B.

  Division S-3474B lost by a voice vote.

  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3418 by
  Senators Tinsman, et al., previously deferred.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3476 filed by her from
  the floor to amendment S-3418 and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3476 to amendment S-
  3418 be adopted?" (H.F. 597) the vote was:
