  March 26, 1997, to page 2 and the title page of the bill.

  The Chair ruled amendment S-3246 to amendment S-3238 filed
  by Senator Judge on March 26, 1997, top page 1 of the bill, out of
  order.

  The Senate resumed consideration of division S-3161A by Senator
  Lundby to pages 1 and 2 of the bill, previously deferred.

  Senator Lundby moved the adoption of division S-3161A.

  A non record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 31, nays 14.

  Division S-3161A was adopted.
