786 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 72nd Day abuse and of the identity of the primary physical aggressor in the determination of a history of domestic abuse pertaining to the awarding of child custody, was taken up for consideration. Senator Boettger moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 435) the vote was: Ayes, 46: Angelo Behn Black, D. Black, J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR (Deferred March 17, 1997) Senate File 296 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 296, a bill for an act relating to nonoccupational health care plan payments when an employer disputes workers' compensation liability, deferred on March 17, 1997.
