  Senator Redfern offered amendment S-3221 filed by him on March
  25, 1997, to page 1 and 2 of the bill and moved its adoption.

  Senator Redfern offered amendment S-3114 filed by Senators
  Redfern and Neuhauser on March 5, 1997, to page 1 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3114 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Redfern moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.
