  COMMERCE

  Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 238 (SSB 88), a bill for an act relating to
  the
  procedures for disposition of the contents of a decedent's safe deposit box.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 11 Jensen, Schuerer, Bartz, Douglas, Flynn, Gronstal,
  Hansen,
  King, Lundby, Palmer and Redfern. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 4:
