  1  4 REPEALING THE PROCEDURES FOR DISPOSITION OF THE CONTENTS OF
  1  5    A DECEDENT'S SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: 
  1  9 
  1 10    Section 1.  Sections 450.86, 524.810, and 533.49A, Code
  1 11 1997, are repealed.
  1 12    Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act takes effect July 1,
  1 13 1998.
