  On motion of Senator Maddox, the Senate recessed at 9:18 a.m.,

  for which the cash reserve levy for merged areas may be used.

  disposition of emergency medical care provider certification fees.

  for payments made for health insurance and long-term health and
  nursing care coverage and providing a retroactive applicability date
  provision.
