Brauns of Muscatine asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-1555 filed by him on April 3, 1997.
Bell of Jasper moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.

to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
Senate File 177, a bill for an act relating to motor vehicle
operator prohibitions and restrictions including exhibition
driving, littering, blood alcohol test certificates, and
handicapped parking, and by establishing or making existing
penalties applicable, with report of committee recommending
amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration.
