  1  1    Amend Senate File 174, as amended, passed and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 11 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "under the custody of the
  1  5 department.  However, on Big Creek lake and lake
  1  6 Macbride, a motorboat with a power unit exceeding ten
  1  7 horsepower may be operated only when permitted by rule
  1  8 and the rule shall not authorize such use during the
  1  9 period beginning on the Friday before Memorial Day and
  1 10 ending on Labor Day inclusively.  This paragraph does
  1 11 not limit".
