Page 2, by inserting after line 3 the 4 following: 5 " . Page 18, line 16, by inserting after the 6 word "services." the following: "Effective October 1, 7 1997, the department shall increase to 125 percent the 8 maximum federal poverty level used to determine 9 eligibility for state child care assistance."" 10 2. By renumbering as necessary.
