  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1626, to House File 715 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 18, line 16, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "services." the following:  "Effective October 1,
  1  7 1997, the department shall increase to 125 percent the
  1  8 maximum federal poverty level used to determine
  1  9 eligibility for state child care assistance.""
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
