IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate:
House Files 646, 372 and 653.
House File 121, a bill for an act relating to notification
procedures prior to the performance of an abortion on or
termination of parental rights of a minor and applicable
penalties, with report of committee recommending amendment and
passage, was taken up for consideration.
The House stood at ease at 9:17 a.m., until the fall of the
gavel.

The House resumed session at 10:25 a.m., Speaker Corbett in the
chair.
Boddicker of Cedar offered amendment H-1035 filed by the
