  1  1    Amend House File 121 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "manner." the following:  "The rules shall require
  1  4 that the hearing on the petition shall be held and the
  1  5 court shall rule on the petition within forty-eight
  1  6 hours of the filing of the petition."
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "obtained." the following:  "A person who knowingly
  1  9 violates the confidentiality provisions of this
  1 10 subparagraph is guilty of a serious misdemeanor."
  1 11    #3.  Page 2, by inserting after line 17 the
  1 12 following:
  1 13    "Sec.    .  Section 135L.3, subsection 3, Code
  1 14 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1 15 paragraph:
  1 16    NEW PARAGRAPH.  o.  A person who knowingly violates
  1 17 the confidentiality requirements of this section
  1 18 relating to court proceedings and documents is guilty
  1 19 of a serious misdemeanor."
