         Amendment S-5766 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of division S-5786B to amendment S-5514, the
    Chair ruled amendment S-5633 by Senator Bennett to amendment S-5514,
    reconsidered and pending on April 17, 1996, and amendment S-5698 by
    Senator Bennett to amendment S-5514, deferred on April 17, 1996, out of
    order.

         Senator Hansen moved the adoption of amendment S-5514 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bennett moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
